Mandatory Clearances for Volunteers / Coaches
The following instructions are for three (3) mandatory clearances required of all coaching volunteers. ACT 34, 114, & 151 must be completed and uploaded via the Volunteer Registration and/or emailed to [email protected]. Please note that all clearances are now valid for five (5) years of date received based on PA Act 114.
1. PENNSYLVANIA STATE CRIMINAL ACT 34 INSTRUCTIONS. Required for all and free for volunteers, click here: https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp
2. PENNSYLVANIA CHILD ABUSE ACT 151 INSTRUCTIONS. Required for all and free for volunteers. Create a log in and retain log in in information for future use. Click here: https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
3. FBI ACT 114 INSTRUCTIONS. If volunteer has resided in PA for the entirety of the previous 10-year period, you are exempt from obtaining this clearance, however, a signed verification is required - click below to open and print attachment:

*** If the volunteer has not resided in PA for the entirety of the previous 10-year period, you must obtain this clearance. Details for registration can be found at https://www.identogo.com/locations/pennsylvania. Volunteer service code 1KG6ZJ can be used for requesting the FBI fingerprinting / clearance.
